Starting out with Kent Clizbe a former CIA Operative who later became a Private Military Contractor for the CIA spending most of his time in Southeast Asia. The Former USAF Veteran spoke fluent Vietnamese and is now writing a book about the CIA and what they actually do 'out in the field.'
Our next guest is an old friend, 'Gid Pool', who chimes in about Airlines and what they're now charging for overweight luggage and passengers. He also talks about the Cruise Ship debacle where a passenger was told by his girlfriend to 'go jump in the water' after an argument with her. Guess what, he did! Another Cruise Ship picked him up after he spent about 2 hours in the Gulf of Mexico treading water.
Then Sally Tibbetts, FL- 13 District Director for Cong. Vern Buchanan, talks about the recent Moveon.org protest in front of the Congressman's Sarasota office and Health Care which is why they were there. She also details what we can expect to see when the Congress returns from their August recess.
Time next for an in studio visit with Dr. Bob McCann, Emergency Services Physician, who is currently running for the FL District 67 Legislative Seat held by Ron Reagan. Dr. McCann was originally considered by then Pres. George W. Bush to be Surgeon General of the United States and his main topic today is Health Care and what he knows as a Doctor about it and why we should be very careful about what it is we do in attempting to pass Legislation.
